Centor raise £12,000 for BBC Children in Need

On Friday the 29th November, Centor employees set out to raise as much money as possible for BBC Children in Need.

We are delighted to announce that we have beaten our initial £4,500 fundraising target and raised a total of £12,000! This has been our most successful Children in Need fundraising day to date.

All staff members came to work in fancy dress and took part in a variety of fun activities such as Wheel of Fortune, the Centor 9-Dart Challenge, Directors Office Sweep and the hilarious Managers Challenge. In the build-up to the event, employees took part in World Food Week by preparing and eating a selection of delicious meals and treats.

To finish off the day, CEO, Neil Walton hosted a raffle and auction, with prizes up for grabs which had kindly been donated by clients, suppliers and key contacts.

Neil Walton, CEO comments,

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who helped us to beat our fundraising target. Children in Need is a wonderful charity that does so much for disadvantaged children around the country.”
