We run a fleet of over 500 vans and following an insurance tender a number of years ago we decided to move our insurance arrangements to Centor, previously we had been reporting all claims direct to the insurer and costs were spiralling out of control, having a massive impact on the premiums we were paying.

Centor offered a total claims management solution as part of their offering which meant each claim payment was closely scrutinised and any non-fault or disputed claims were defended rigorously.

Since moving to Centor we have seen a significant reduction on our annual claims cost across our fleet which in turn has had big impact on the rate we pay per vehicle.
