Centor highly commended for their training and commercial broking at the UK Broker Awards.
On Friday 14th September, members of staff attended the UK Broker Awards at the Chiswell Street Brewery in London. Centor were nominated for four different award categories, which was very gratifying.
The judges felt we deserved recognition and were rewarded with “Highly Commended” placings in the following categories
- Commercial Lines Broker of the Year
- Training Award
The Importance of Staff Training
We recognize that our business objectives can only be fully achieved by investing in our people through a programme of continuous improvement and development. We understand that our clients don’t like change and value long term personal relationships. Retaining key staff and investing in the whole team, through training and mentoring, makes sound business sense.
It is essential that the Centor team enjoy coming to work, feel empowered, supported, appreciated and have the chance to grow both professionally and personally.
