Centor is proud to announce its accreditation to the Living Wage Foundation

Centor Living Wage

Our Living Wage commitment will see everyone working at Centor receive a minimum hourly wage of £8.75 in the UK or £10.20 in London. Both rates are significantly higher than the statutory minimum for over 25s of £7.50 per hour introduced in April 2017.

What is the Living Wage?

An hourly rate set independently and updated annually based on real living costs. Employers choose to pay the real Living Wage on a voluntary basis. The Living Wage enjoys cross-party political support.

Neil Walton, Centor’s Chief Executive Officer, comments:

“Becoming London Living Wage accredited shows another level of our commitment to our employees. We already hold Gold Standard Investor in People and we were again placed for the Great Places to Work Awards (small businesses category). It’s also important to me that any prospective employees know what type of organisation we are. This accreditation goes some way to show them that we are an inclusive employer.”
