In celebration of Pride Month – a conversation with our LGBTQ+ Ambassador.

June is the month we celebrate Pride and although we’ve changed our logo this month to show our support, we thought we’d also share a conversation about #LGBTQ+ which we had with our amazing LGBTQ+ Ambassador, Charlotte Crisp, who promotes and reminds us of the merits of inclusion and diversity all year around (not just in June).

Ambassador is the right word for her – she talks about the importance of inclusion, diversity, the right to feel comfortable at work, being yourself and how all these things make for a better workplace (and world for that matter!) Take a read below to be inspired.
