Health and Safety Executive fine two companies over driver’s death
The news that the Health and Safety Executive recently fined two companies after a driver was crushed while unloading a vehicle provides a stark warning to companies on the importance of risk management in the workplace.
Both companies pleaded guilty to breaching Sections 2 (1) and 3 (1) of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. The full story can be read here.
