The Met Office have issued warnings of flash floods over the next few days.

Flash floods are particularly treacherous due to their speed and the raging torrents associated with them.

They cause havoc to properties and buildings in a very short time, and unfortunately are no longer a rare occurrence. Devising a flood continuity plan can help abate this.
