Wear Yellow Day

On the 22nd June 2018, the Centor team took part in the ‘Wear Yellow Day’ organised by the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. The team came to work dressed in yellow to help raise awareness and money for the worthy cause.

What is Cystic Fibrosis

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a genetic condition which affects more than 10,000 people in the UK. Those who are born with the condition suffer a wide range of symptoms that affect their entire body. People have CF because they have inherited a faulty gene from both parents. It is estimated that one in 25 of us carries the faulty gene that causes CF.

What does the Cystic Fibrosis Trust do?

The Cystic Fibrosis Trust funds cutting-edge research to help improve the lives of those affected by the condition. It’s mission is to create a world where being born with CF no longer means a life-long struggle.

Wear Yellow

The Centor team managed to raise a total of £260 for this great cause, whilst having fun. Claims Director and devout Arsenal fan, Paul Field even took one for the team by wearing a yellow Norwich City shirt.
