We are officially a 2022 UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women!

We’ve done it again! Once again we’re delighted to announce that we are officially named as a 2022 UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women!

No mean feat when you consider the competition we were up against, and we are only one of 263 UK organisations that have been recognised, across all categories, for this. (We don’t mean to boast, but this is our third recognition from them this year – we also won Best Workplace and Best Workplace for Wellbeing).

This is all down to our staff. We were judged on the results from our employee engagement survey, and their response to this survey highlighted that we try to provide a working environment whereby difference is valued.

We hope that Centor fosters a true sense of value and empowerment for all employees.
