Protect your holiday rental, whatever the weather

As more of us look to stay in the UK because of lockdown restrictions it seems like a very profitable time if you are a property owner, who owns a holiday rentals. And of course, this may well be true. However, it is vitally importantly that these properties are insured correctly so that this asset doesn’t leave you exposed to uncertain risks.

Some things to consider if you own a holiday home:

Check your policy and consider the level of cover needed to ensure that it is fully protected. You may find that the rental property season varies, so it is important to bear in mind how long the property is left empty for at any given time, and that this is reflected in the right cover. Your policy should also cover uncertainties like burglary, malicious damage, storm and escape of water to ensure that your holiday home remains a valuable asset to you.

At Centor, we have a wealth of experience in this area, and are happy to discuss your insurance needs with you.  Whatever the future holds, we can help.
