Changes to the transport of dangerous goods regulations

There are legal obligations for consignor only companies who are involved in the carriage of dangerous good. These companies must appoint a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA) by 31st December 2022. Historically, these companies have been exempt from this requirement.
