Centor’s success – four awards so far in 2017

Centor Insurance has had a great year so far, having won an impressive four awards. They are:

• Commercial Lines Broker of the Year – British Insurance Awards
• Broker of the Year – Commercial Insurance Awards
• Broker Claims Team of the Year – Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards
• Broker of the Year – Claims Management Awards

We also received Highly Commended for Broker of the Year at the Modern Claims Awards and came 10th in Great Places to Work (small business category).

We won Broker of the Year – UK at the British Insurance Awards last year too. Winning twice in a row at such a prestigious event is unheard of, and certainly not something we expected to be able to do. We attribute our success to our focus on excellence and putting our clients at the heart of everything we do. Our claims service in particular sets us apart from other brokers –  we work hard to make sure our clients’ claims are settled as quickly and smoothly as possible. This is why 98% of clients renew with us.
