Centor wins Broker Claims Team of the Year at the Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards


Centor were last night honoured to receive the “Broker Claims Team of the Year” award at the Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards.

This event, which recognises outstanding customer service across the claims sector, was held at the Hilton London Bankside yesterday evening. It is the first time we have won at these awards.

Claims Director Paul Field says the award acknowledges the hard work of the Centor Claims team.

‘Many clients don’t appreciate the value their broker offers them until they have to make a claim,’ he says.

‘We’re proud to be recognised for the work we do in helping clients get their claims settled as quickly and efficiently as possible. We are on hand to fight their corner at every step, and to ensure the claims journey and payment process run as smoothly and swiftly as possible.

‘Our claims handling is a fundamental element of our service offering and we are delighted our team of experienced claims professionals have been recognised for their dedication to all Centor clients.’
