Centor ranked as one of the UK’s Best Places to Work

Centor is pleased to announce they have been selected as one of the Best Places to Work in the UK for the 7th consecutive year.

The company was ranked 12th in the category for small businesses (20-49 employees).

Arranged by Great Place to Work®, the award recognizes Centor as having a high trust, high engagement workplace culture.

Centor CEO Neil Walton says the award reflects the company’s core values of caring about colleagues as much as clients.

“Our culture at Centor is built around all of our staff wanting to be the best they can be, and we work hard to give them the support to do that,” he says.

“I want to thank all our staff who make Centor such a ‘great place to work’. They are the reason Centor is so successful, and why we’ll continue to succeed.”

The ranking was announced at a gala dinner last week.  The Great Place to Work awards comprise an employee survey and an audit into the organisation’s management and HR practices. The award recognises the strength of leadership and the range of innovative, creative and effective HR policies Centor has which creates its workplace culture.
