Centor named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for the eighth year in a row
Centor Insurance & Risk Management was named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for the eighth consecutive year last Wednesday night.
The awards ceremony, organised by Great Place to Work®, was held at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge and was attended by over 800 people from 100 companies.
Centor was placed 10th in the small business category (20-49 employees), two higher than our placing last year.
We’ve placed in the top 15 every year since we first entered the Great Place to Work® awards in 2010.
The methodology behind the ranking comprises an employee survey and an audit into the organisation’s management and HR practices. The awards recognise organisations which have an engaged workplace culture where employees feel trusted and valued.
CEO Neil Walton says this is a vital part of Centor’s success.
