CENTOR joins the Clear Group

We are delighted to announce that Centor has entered into a conditional agreement to be acquired by the Clear Group.

After much deliberation, our CEO Neil Walton has decided to retire from the business, and the highly respected Clear Group was an obvious choice to facilitate this; they share the same goals and business ethos as Neil and Centor.

Succession in any business is vital in maintaining continuity of service, so over the last three years we have implemented a robust infrastructure, with the promotion of Sam Keep and Dani Williams into strategic roles, joining Paul Field, Richard Grainger and Kerry Smith on the Board, ensuring that the business continues to thrive. The acquisition will build on this strong foundation, and all key positions, ethos and award-winning client service will remain unchanged.

What does this mean for our clients?

It will be business as usual for all our clients:

•         Client relationships with our staff will not change. All our hardworking staff, including our management team, will remain with the business.

•         The Centor name, brand and seamless client service will remain.

•         We will continue to operate as a separate legal entity.

•          Clear Insurance Group share our values in the key areas of customer focus and to their  people, and we are committed to continuing with the high standards of service that Centor has always been known for.
