BT withdraw their Redcare service from the market
BT will withdraw their Redcare alarm signalling service from the market from 1st August 2025, and while this is over 18 months away, it makes sense that you begin to think about alternatives if you are affected by this.
Redcare had specific technological specifications which will need to be replicated in a like-for-like replacement. In the first instance, please therefore speak to your account director who can advise you on how this could impact your policy.
