97% of our claims clients said they were satisfied with our service

Sometimes things go wrong; because of this we have an in-house claims department who handle claims for our clients. We think it’s important that we help resolve their claims as best we can. It takes the burden from the client and ensures that they are in the safest hands.

We also ask them to complete a survey once we’ve finished work for them, and that’s how we know that 97% of them are pleased with the speed that their claim was handled.
