2015 Best Companies to Work for in Insurance Broking

Centor Insurance and Risk Management were recently named as one of the 2015 Best Companies to Work for in Insurance Broking. The programme is a joint project of Insurance Age and Best Companies Group.

This survey and awards programme was designed to identify, recognise and reward the best insurance broking firms to work for in the United Kingdom, benefiting the area’s economy, its workforce and businesses. (Name of Organisation) has been named one of the 2015 Best Companies to Work for in Insurance Broking.

Firms from across the United Kingdom entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Companies to Work for in Insurance Broking. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated firm’s workplace policies, systems, philosophies, practises, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top firms and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process and also analysed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.

Centor Insurance and Risk Management will be recognised in a special publication in September by Insurance Age.
