Centor wins Claims Team Award at the UK Broker Awards 2017
Centor staff are celebrating once again after winning the Claims Team Award at the UK Broker Awards 2017.
The announcement caps off a great year for us, with this being our fifth award won in 2017, and the second for our Claims team.
So what sets them apart from other broker Claims teams?
‘We genuinely care about all our clients,’ Claims Director Paul Field says. ‘We act as if we’re one of your employees and we’ll work hard to make sure your claim is settled quickly and with as little stress as possible.’
He continues, ‘We’re proud to be recognised again for our commitment to offering our clients service they can rely on, especially in difficult or stressful situations.’
We were also shortlisted for the Customer Care and Commercial Lines Broker of the Year awards, as well as being named one of the six best companies to work for in insurance broking.
The UK Broker Awards ceremony was held on Friday 15th September at The Brewery on Chiswell Street, and was attended by brokers, insurers and broker partners. The awards, now in their 24th year, celebrate excellence in all areas of broking.
