Where can I find my Public Liability Certificate?

Print E-mail

Insurance FileInsurers do not normally issue a certificate of Public Liability Insurance because it is not legal requirement to have one. The only policies that insurers always issue certificates are those which are legal requirements such as Motor Insurance and Employers’ Liability Insurance.

Instead of issuing a certificate the insurers will detail the Public Liability Insurance in the policy documents. Centor can also produce what is known as insurance document which details your cover level, policy excess and non standard terms and conditions. In most cases this satisfies the requirements of any third party requests.
