Claims Manager

David joined Centor in November 2006 as Claims Manager having previously had 35 years experience in the industry. His career started with Legal & General and, for the past 27 years, with a national broking organization and its legacy companies where he achieved Associate Director status. His experience includes claims management for multinational client programmes, including delegated authority for major insurers and captives in the commercial and retail sector. David is a keen golfer and still manages to play five a side football.

Assistant Claims Manager

Sam has been a claims broker for over 5 years, having previously worked in a Lloyd's environment. Sam joined Centor in 2006 to handle a wide spectrum of commercial, property and motor claims, and was promoted to Assistant Claims Manager in 2007. A member of the CII already, Sam is working towards achieving the Insurance Institute Diploma. In 2009, Sam was a finalist in the UK Broker Awards category of Young Broker of the Year in recognition of his dedication to his clients. Outside of work Sam is an avid follower of the fortunes (or otherwise) of Tottenham Hotspur, and is a keen live music enthusiast.

Sharon has over 20 years experience in dealing with insurance claims for Centor clients, and has also been instrumental in the development of much of our bespoke IT systems and technology. Sharon is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and has achieved success in the Insurance Institute certificate exam. Outside of work, Sharon’s hobbies include music and film.

Carmela has joined Centor from an independent provincial broker. With experience in a vast range of commercial risks, along with a law degree, Carmela is looking forward to new challenges since deciding to concentrate solely on claims where her legal training has proved invaluable. Out of work Carmela's interests include music and fashion.
