Once again Centor supported Children In Need with a range of fund raising activities whilst in full fancy dress attire. The day started with a quiz and doughnut eating contest (hands behind back of course!). It was a hard fought contest with Rob Criscuoli narrowly beating Mark Allan to win the coveted biscuit tin. At lunchtime everyone ventured out in fancy dress to collect donations from the Great British public. After attracting some odd looks we were able to collect many generous donations. In the afternoon we had a beautiful boys competition with some of the Centor guys made to look as pretty as possible with the help of some extremely cheap make up. After considerable debate Tony Efreme was declared the winner. A bean growing competition was concluded after several weeks of furious cultivation. Tanya Wickham was declared the winner here for her excellent bean stalk. Jack would have been proud! Finally a raffle and an auction saw an end to a busy day. Overall we are delighted to announce that the team raised over £2,500 for this very worthy cause which will be doubled by Centor, to £5,000.
