After years of confusion, the UK is finally adopting the European Union directive on environmental liability. Many more companies will face the risk of punitive clean-up charges in the wake of this new legislation.

Three of the Directors took part in this years London Marathon to raise money for Action for Children. Neil, Chris and Kerry, who are all complete novices at long distance running, managed it round the course in a very respectable time of 4 hours and 56 minutes, crossing the finishing line together.
