Our business principles are at the heart of everything we do. They are shared throughout the company, and they are followed to ensure that we meet the high standards that we set for ourselves.

Our business principles are:

  • We always act in the best interests of our customers
  • All customers have direct access to their key account contact and service team
  • No automated phone lines - our clients will always be able to speak to a human being
  •  All customers are contacted for renewals no later than 21 days before the policy expires
  • We acknowledge receipt of all claims within 24 hours
  • All claims settlement cheques are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt from the insurance company
  • A policy or pro-forma policy will be provided within seven business days of cover starting
  • No surprises - we keep our customers abreast of any market developments that could affect them
  • Customers are the only reason Centor exists. Continuous improvement is a pre-requisite to maintain customer loyalty
